Our Imperial Topaz ring holds a beautiful specimen as the feature gem, with natural earth-mined diamond accents. The ring was constructed using casted materials and finished with some under-carriage work done by hand to produce a beautiful, comfortable ring.
Highly prized “imperial topaz” is an intense golden to reddish-orange color and is found primarily in Ouro Preto, Brazil. Most natural Imperial Topaz comes from a few towns in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Specifically, the towns of the aforementioned Ouro Prêto, Dom Bosco, Rodrigo Silva, and Saramenha are all heavy producers of natural Imperial Topaz. Aside from Brazil, this Topaz variety is also found in Chelyabinsk, Russia, and the Topaz Mountains in western Utah.
